Gremlin Network and Server Outage

Gremlin is currently experiencing network and server outages. Our engineering staff are working on a resolution. The site will be down for maintenance beginning at 5pm CST as we work to restore full service.

Facebook Image Issue, 10/25/17

The image upload issue with Facebook that started on October 24th has been resolved.
Any messages with images that failed to send during that time will need to be reposted.

Facebook Image Issue, 10/24/17

Facebook is having issues transmitting images from some third-party apps like Gremlin. We are working closely with Facebook to resolve it. This has happened a couple of times recently and we are hoping for a permanent fix from Facebook soon .Thank you for your patience while we work to address the problem.

LinkedIn Issue

Status: Resolved

Our development team worked closely with LinkedIn to resolve the issue that was preventing posting to LinkedIn pages and personal accounts. This issue occurred intermittently starting on September 25th and continuing through October 10th. If you had any messages scheduled to go out during that time, those messages will need to be rescheduled.
